Summer Nights 2006

This league will be on Monday nights at the Adelaide Lutheran Football Fields, Goodwood Road (where we normally play). The league will run from Monday January 23 to Monday February 27. The cost is $25.

Rules for Summer Nights 2006

1. The league will be a mixed hat, with different teams allocated for each round.
2. There will be two games/rounds per night.
3. There will 2 "hats", one for males and one for females (i.e. you don't nominate a skill level).
4. There will be 2 ladders (for males and females). The ladders will be based on each player’s for and against points record (for example if you win the first two games 15-10 & 15-5, your position on the ladder will be based on a ratio of 2.0 i.e. 30 points for, 15 points against).
5. The top 7 guys and top 7 girls will be declared the “winning team”. You need to have played at least 8 (of the 12 games) to qualify.
6. The 7 guys and girls that get the highest average spirit will be on the winning “spirit team” (again need to play 8 games to qualify).
7. If you don’t pay by week 3 you won’t be put on a team.
8. All games are to 15. At full time you finish the point you were playing and stop even if the scores are even.
9. Everyone should bring out 2 tops, one black and one white.
10. Each week a captain will be assigned to each team and will be responsible for filling in the score sheet (including spirit and the list of people that played).
11. The captains should agree on the ratio of males to female before the start of the game.
